Redneck Yacht Club provides a fun, family friendly and safe environment to go riding on four wheelers, trucks, side-by-sides, and other vehicals in a controled muddy terraine area for not only Florida residents, but around the United States. Now NBC-2 has a one-sided story and Charlotte Country is trying to put a stop to all of our festivities! My question is to everyone against the events of Redneck Yacht Club is, Would you rather have these same 10,000+ people go to a private property, tearing up the land, then drive home drunk, putting lives in danger. I'm not saying that there isn't injuries at RYC. Those can be stopped with a little alterations to the safety protocols but then again we all are aware that when we go to Redneck Yacht Club, What we choose to do and how to do it, we are liable and know its AT OUR OWN RISK!

A lot of talk about Redneck Yacht Club lately has been disingenuous due to one news reporter and the EMT director's comments about RYC, but for the past years the park has been open, nothing was said bad about any events. People tend to forget the many good events and charities  they have held or been to OUTSIDE the gates of the park. Not to mention the thousands of dollars they gave and raised at the events. Just recently they have been at Big Beer Drinking Festivals like Taste of the Town (Charity), Swamp Buggy Races (Charity) or the Collier County Fair (Charity)

I guess its been hard for those who either shut out the publicity or just dont hear about RYC even if its in their own backyars, but my question is how HAVEN'T you heard about Redneck Yacht Club. People come as far as Alaska, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maine, Texas, Wisconsin, Canada, Every state you can imagine. We even have people from Germany, and England and Neatherlans, not to mention the many UNITED STATES MILITARY that comes from Afghanistan, taking leave from fighting for OUR freedom to come to the festivites. For all the radio and TV commercials they have out, and the numerous great articals in many magizines like Mudlife Magazine, Mudders mag (etc) and great of all we were in the TOP 10 in Best Desination in America on Travel Channel.

So because of one bad report from two people, You threaten to shut down Redneck Yacht Club. Think of how many people around the WORLD will be effected by this movement!

Please help me and the many thousands of people who attend the park by signing the petition to stop the process of trying to close REDNECK YACHT CLUB
