We the People of the United States of America are enacting congressional reform. We shall put in place term limits for all members of Congress to include a maximum  of 2 4-year terms of service effective January 20, 2022. If, at that time, any Member of Congress has served 8 or more years, their tenure shall end. All new Members of Congress shall receive $87,000 in salary per year. This is the average income for American households. No Member of Congress shall receive any pension or any taxpayer-funded healthcare coverage. These measures are all effective January 20, 2022.
