To the average mind, Evan Williams Green Label may just be a mere well whiskey. However, it’s much, much more than that. Green Label has not only pleased the wallets of those who can’t afford the outrageous, but it has pleased the minds of many. It’s also crafted friendships, rivalries, and experiences for countless people, who all in the end love it. There’s no reason it should ever leave the presence of this earth but guess what. It’s now gone. As of January 2021, Heaven Hill Distillery (although, I cannot seem to find an official announcement from HH) discontinued the distilling and distribution of its Green Label. Bars, package stores, and people—including myself—are devastated, and something needs to be done. The time is now! Please sign the petition below, and hopefully together, we can make a much-needed change.
