I may be writing this largely as an outsider looking in, but I've also been in this situation several years ago.The thrill of having people compliment you and tell you you're pretty because of something you worked hard for and disciplined yourself to no end to achieve. I lost 50 pounds in 2 months at my worst. I was able to get help when I realized it wasn't worth losing my life and the fact that I had friends and family who cared deeply about me to tell me that enough was enough. Which brings me to Eugenia Cooney, a Social Media Star with a large following on YouTube, Tiktok, and Twitch. She is fading away due to anorexia and becoming more and more apathetic and nonchalant. She has been anorexic for at least 10 years now, starting at the age of 18 or 19...She had caring people on her side back in 2019 who tried getting her help by 5150, a method used for those who are in grave danger of further hurting themselves. She went offline for about 4 months and was back on social media again...She seemed healthy for about another 4-5 months and soon took a nosedive once again. She is constantly on Tiktok Live nearly everyday for SEVERAL hours during which  neither takes breaks to drink or consume any food or beverages...she is constantly showing off her skin and bones, wearing skimpy outfits and body checking herself every few seconds to only name a few of her behaviors. People in her comments tell her they are praying for her, or they're scared for her and wishes she would get help. What does she do? Gaslights them right back, calling them rude or mean or haters, etc. Several other social media stars tell her she looks fine and doesn't need help and everyone needs to get a life or screw off, further fueling her desire to continue to starve herself. These individuals include Jeffery Star and Rich Lux to only name a couple...this type of encouragement is no different than encouraging someone threatening to jump off a ledge to "just do it". Without Social Media and "Friends"(enemies) like these to encourage her, I can almost certainly promise this behavior from Eugenia will stop and she will seek medical care because there will be no one to encourage her (giving her incentive) nor discourage her (which also gives E.D. victims encouragement). There will be NOTHING. If she is no longer in the spotlight, she must come to a STOPLIGHT, thus coming to her senses and making the right choice TO LIVE..!! I BEG AND PLEAD FOR AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO REMOVE THIS LOVELY, YET SICK WOMAN FROM HER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS...THOSE WHO DO NOTHING ARE WORSE THAN THE AGGRESSOR....SIGN THIS PETITION PLEASE :(
