Animals, no matter how frustrated a person may become at them, should never be tortured. ■ The abuse, neglect, and torture photographed by Logan Carr Allen and Shyanne Clary Allen is sickening to see. I almost cry at the image of this Majestic creature with all four legs bound to its body tightly with rope... and waterboarded; covered with dense tarp and soaked in water. Helpless it lies there - helpless and not knowing what or why this is happening. ■ There is a reason that there was a worldwide outcry when it was revealed that this type of inhumane and barbaric treatment was used by major world governments, including The United States. That same worldwide outcry is the reason why all signatory nations to the United Nations Convention Against Torture agree to the explicit prohibition of torture of any kind.
