Eric Tereshinski is an Independent Game Developer and YouTube. A few years ago he started on his biggest project yet, Ant Simulator. Following this, Eric signed an LLC agreement with Tyler Monce and Devon Staley, and turned the rights of Ant Simulator over to them. Just today, January 30th 2016, Eric released a video on Eteeski Tutorials saying that, due to his parterns' stealing company money, he has left the company. They then threatened to sue if Eric went on to publish Ant Simulator himself. Also, he will have to remove all of his YouTube videos from anytime the company was in existence, which is years worth of content. This petition is to allow him to keep his videos, because they are his, and wholly his.

This petition will go to the remaining members of ETeeski LLC, Tyler Monce, and Devon Staley. It is to prevent them from taking legal action against Eric Tereshinski, and allow him to keep various YouTube videos on his YouTube channel.
