I am a resident of 1021 Asylum Ave. in Hartford, Connecticut, and I am constantly being ticketed and on the verge of being booted for parking where I live. This is not just my problem; it's an issue that affects our entire community. We believe it is unfair to be penalized for parking in the area where we reside.

Hartford, like many cities across the U.S., has seen a significant increase in its population over recent years.
