I firmly believe that creating a summer camp specifically for Jehovah's Witness teens could greatly encourage and facilitate the immersion of these young members in our shared faith. 

This is an opportunity not only for spiritual growth, but also for social development among peers with shared values. Unfortunately, currently, there are limited options for this form of youth engagement in our religious community in Waco. Establishing this youth summer camp would be a pioneering step towards addressing this gap.

It is crucial to note that the experience of summer camps is known to broaden perspectives, encourage personal growth and enhance social skills. According to the American Camp Association, 63% of children who attended camp maintained an interest in the activities they were exposed to. Not only would our camp offer religious guidance, it would also help children cultivate other skills and hobbies.

Using the platform of faith-based activities, we can further integrate them into our religious community and make them feel appreciated and understood. It's important that their introduction and integration into the faith isn't just doctrinal, but relatable and enjoyable.
