We call on the relevant transportation authorities to establish a new train route from Fort Worth, Texas to Edmonton, Alberta. This proposed route, named "The Cowtown," would not only connect these two major cities but also include stops in Amarillo, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver, Cheyenne, Billings and Calgary. It would also serve numerous smaller communities along the way. The establishment of this route could significantly boost local economies by increasing tourism and facilitating trade between these regions. According to the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), every $1 invested in public transportation generates approximately $4 in economic returns. By establishing this new train route we can create jobs and stimulate growth across multiple states and provinces while providing a much-needed service for residents and travelers alike. Please sign this petition if you support the creation of "The Cowtown" train route! It’s called The Cowtown because two cities on the route (Fort Worth and Calgary) have that nickname. It’ll be using already existing rail tracks
