Establish a Dog Run/Park in Queenstown Estate

Establish a Dog Run/Park in Queenstown Estate

The Issue

Attention to Tang Tuck Weng
ASSISTANT CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Park Management & Lifestyle Cluster, and MP Eric Chua, Queenstown Division, Tanjong Pagar Town Council.

Queenstown estate, one of the oldest and most densely populated residential areas in Singapore, is home to a large number of dog owners. However, there is currently no designated area for these pets to exercise and socialize safely.

This lack of space can lead to various issues such as inadequate exercise for dogs, potential conflicts with non-pet owning residents, and overall diminished quality of life for our four-legged friends.

A dog run/park would not only benefit the dogs but also foster stronger community ties among residents.

We strongly recommend the relevant authorities - The National Parks Board (NParks) and Queenstown Division TP Town Council - to urgently establish a dedicated dog run or park within Queenstown estate. This facility will greatly enhance the living conditions for both pets and their owners while promoting responsible pet ownership.

Please sign this petition if you support creating a more inclusive environment for all residents in Queenstown estate – including our beloved pets!
