I firmly stand for the unity that our country was originally built on - that is united under God. This notion has driven me to request the establishment of a Christian Flag at our beloved Riverfront Smothers Park in Owensboro, KY - a symbol of our faith and shared bonds.

This move would not only represent our collective faith and belief, but also serve as a step towards regaining the essence of unity under God. A survey conducted by Pew Research Center found that 77% of adults in Kentucky identify themselves as Christians, showing substantial societal support for the initiative.
