Establish a Baby Einstein theme park in Salt Lake City Utah

Establish a Baby Einstein theme park in Salt Lake City Utah
The Issue
I have spent much of my life in Salt Lake City, Utah. The metropolitan area has always held a special place in my heart. However, during my visits, I've noticed a significant lack of educational facilities for young children. This is why I am advocating for the establishment of a Baby Einstein facility here, in response to my decision to cancel my trip to Denver, Colorado.
Baby Einstein is renowned for its commitment to early childhood education and development through music, art, language and more. According to the National Education Association (NEA), early childhood education programs are directly linked to improved cognitive development and social skills later in life.
Salt Lake City is home to over 1,185,813 people who could benefit from such an institution (U.S Census Bureau). Yet despite this need, there are currently no Baby Einstein theme parks within the metropolitan area.
Sandy, Utah, located about 13 miles south of Salt Lake City, is one of the largest suburbs in the region. It is known for its excellent recreational facilities and welcoming neighborhoods. The population was 96,904 according to the 2020 United States census.
By establishing a Baby Einstein facility in the Salt Lake City suburb of Sandy we can provide our children with enriching educational experiences from an early age while also supporting local jobs and contributing positively to our community's economy.
Baby Einstein videos were popular among parents in the United States ' . By 2002, a third of all American babies between 6 months old and 2 years old had at least one of the company's videos 1
. The concept and popularity of Baby Einstein expanded as a Disney property, leading to educational toys, additional videos, and a preschool-aimed television series called Little Einsteins
the mission statement of "Baby Einstein" is "to promote discovery and inspire new ways for parents and children to interact"
Baby Einstein is a series of videos created by Julie-Aigner Clark, beginning in 1997 with Baby Einstein: Language Nursery. Since then, there have been hundreds of Baby Einstein products, including 28 video and DVD releases, 9 Discovery Kits, over 100 books, 32 CDs, and hundreds of toys used in the videos themselves. The videos range from music, art, science, nature, language, math, and many other topics. Well known titles include Language Nursery, Baby Mozart, Baby Bach, Baby Shakespeare, Baby Van Gogh, Neighborhood Animals, World Animals, Baby Newton, Baby Beethoven, Baby Neptune, Baby Galileo, Numbers Nursery, Baby MacDonald, Baby da Vinci, Baby Noah, Baby Monet, Baby Wordsworth, Baby's Favorite Places and My First Signs. For the first 4 years, the company operated as a small, independent company run by Clark herself until 2000, when distributing rights were handed over to Family Home Entertainment/Artisan in February, by Disney on November 7, 2001, and most recently bought by Kids II on October 13, 2013.
Let's give our children adults and families especially with terminal illnesses and disabilities of any the best start possible by bringing this valuable resource into our community. Please sign this petition if you support establishing a Baby Einstein theme park in Salt Lake City, Utah
