Chris Cote, a producer on The Dan LeBatard show with Stugotz, one of the most popular programs on ESPN, was part of a mass layoff and let go last week. The network and show have been at odds for some time and it’s hard not to see this as a form of retribution. 
     Chris is an extremely talented producer. So while there is no worry he will land in his feet, we need to see this error corrected, and see him restored to his rightful place.
