What is Factory Farming? - Factory farming is the cruel modern day practice of raising food (livestock) in confinement and poor conditions. They do this because lt's cheaper and maximizes profit. In addition to confinement abuse includes... Massive doses of hormones and antibiotics, battery cages, debeaking, tail docking, gestation crates and veal crates. All animals spend their lives in miserable condition awaiting their turn to be slaughtered and killed in a slow and painful manner. How Does This Affect Me? - If the cruel animal abuse isn't enough to convince you to sign, the health hazards will be. Factory farms are almost Never cleaned, the floors get piled with feces and filth. It's the perfect spot for a bacterial breeding ground. If even one animal gets any sort of sickness from the bacteria it will spread faster then you can say "Stop Factory Farming". This can infect several animals at a time causing massive amounts of meat to also become diseased and deadly. Also note that the animals are given No medical attention whatsoever. There is never a vetenarian on sight or nearby to help an animal. Most animals that are too weak or sick are abusivley beaten to death with things such as metal pipes, fists, feet, crowbars, knives, and anything they can get their hands on. Once this diseased meat gets from the slaughterhouse to your plate, an epidemic crisis will arise almost instantly. 

 

This is Fake, the Government Wouldn't Allow This - As cruel and unjust as it seems, the government Does allow this and it is happening right now as you are reading this. They don't care about the animals, they're only interested in the money that they are recieving. Factory farming is the most efficient way to get more money, but puts several animals in terrible living conditions and risks the lives of many American civilians out there. Don't beleive me? We aren't making this up.

 

What We Want To Accomplish

       Meat is an important part of America's diet and there is no reason to stop the production of it. All we want to do is stop this particular way they're doing it. The government is doing it in an inhumane, cruel, abusive, and unhealthy way, there are choosing quantity over quality. But what's the point of having more terrible things, instead of less amazing things? For example... You have a choice between two terribly unhealthy steaks, or one big healthy and tasty piece of steak. The choice is clear, but for some reason the U.S.A continues to choose terrible quantity over excellent quality. We want to stop this, as it's contributing to more and more deaths of humans every year.
