We the Citizens of the United States of America instruct our duly elected representatives to make the finding and safe return of Marine Corporal Armando Torres III a top priority of our government. Corporal Torres and his family were kidnapped by criminals from their family ranch just over the Mexican border. We instruct our elected officials, to utilize all available assets; be they political, financial, intelligence or Military, to achieve their safe release. We further instruct our government to withhold all military and financial aid to the Mexican government until Corporal Torres and his family are safely returned to the United States.
