Lets petition the Equality Court for an order to the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC)  to deregister the EFF

In terms of Section 16(1) (2) the Electoral Commission Act 51 of 1996, The Commission may not register a party whose name portrays the propagation or incitement of violence or hatred or which causes serious offence to a section of the population on the grounds of race, colour, age and language.

It is clear that the EFF'S name is synonymous with hate, incitement to violence and causes serious offence to a section of the South African community.
