men and women should all be paid equally so that means if a male and a female are doing the exact same and doing the exact me amount of work than they should be paid the same amount and company positions should be paid fairly that means no negotiation just a straight up payment offer for all genders if the position has multiple people and if companies do not listen to the rule then they have to pay a $60 000 fine and pay the employee that was paid unfairly all of the money that the other employee got. an example would be a male employee got $100 000 per year, and the female employee got $50 000 per year, and the unfair payment had been going on for two years than the female employee would receive $100 000 and start getting paid $100 000 per year. the same thing would happen if it was male getting paid less than the female. If a company continued to pay employees unfairly than it would lead to a bigger fine and more legal action, there would also be random checks by the government to make sure that this law would stay in place. the same law would take place if people from different countries got paid unfairly.
