Rogers J LaCaze Sr. was sent to prison at 18 with a 2 year old son and a baby on the way all because of his association with one of The New Orleans Police Department Officers’ Antoinette Frank, who was also convicted of the murders of 3 people in a well known Chinese Restaurant in New Orleans, LA. The only survivor which was the sister of 2 of the murdered victim’s testified of only seeing Antoinette in the establishment at the time of the crime. Witnesses said they were coerced by the New Orleans Police Department to lie about his whereabouts at the time of the crime even though he was seen at his regular hangout spot (A Pool Hall). During his trial evidence was presented of the clothes he had on when he supposedly did the crime. He was picked up by N.O. police the next morning, those clothes were submitted into evidence and had no residue from a gun being shot and no fingerprints were found at the crime scene.
