I'm from California and I play on the NA-West server but I have friends in Texas and Virginia. My Virginia friends play on NA-East. We have to pick either NA-West or NA-East so somebody has to suffer. My Texas friends lag on both NA-West and NA-East servers. A NA-Central server could resolve this issue where my Texas friends can have a server where they will not lag. While, both NA-West and NA-East players can play together on NA-Central so both parties don't lag as much. This could help out everyone with a similar issue and also provide a server for people living in the middle.
