team klean kadal started this petition to Environmental Protection Agency and

Everyone of us very clear by now if we do not keep our environment clean ,we surely experience many problems which might affect every living being. Major concern is increased usage of plastics. Single usage plastics cant be recycled. Even then government had Ban these we still see shopkeepers using these.

You might not have experience or seen this in city side.

There are rural places in India, where waste is not been collected at all. But people from these places throw these plastics and other waste to rivers , sea and just dump on the road sides. Due to which these waste end up finally to sea ,resulting in sea pollution and causing danger to marine life. Which disturbs eco system for sure.

Some major problems:

1.No regular waste collection.

2. Empty Glass bottles (especially alcohol)are another major concern

3. Not following reuse, recycle , reduce concept.

4. People just don't care the nature, litter eerywhere

some of the Solutions must be implemented so that we can improve  our nature health

1. Government should strictly ban these single usage plastics. Start supporting eco friendly solutions. Slowly replace plastics with eco friendly items.

2. Government also involve more people on waste collection and think on recycle options. Since this problem cant be solved easily. Already plastic kind of virus is  everywhere.

3.  Increase the market value on recycled plastics. Make use of these plastics such that it wont just end up in land filling.

4. Provide value to these empty bottles (say 2rs- 5rs) .  People will rethink before throwing it away.

5. We are educated & we should let not encourage if someone use plastics ,littering on beaches or anywhere. Adhear to rules of segregating wet & dry waste

Any solutions can be applied , which will improve our environment also bring more employment( Be it a waste collector, waste segregation)

I am raising this concern majorly for places of coastal region of south india, such as Mangalore ,Udupi, Kundapura, Goa, Kerala coastal. beaches are going worse state. It also apply to other places.

Kindly support this act!
