Prohibition of noisy fireworks. Use permitted only for silent fireworks. Rigorous control of those who produce and sell fireworks. Outlawing their use without a reason. (Bonfires, Christmas, New Year!)
£ 1,000 fine for those who break the law and 1 month of free community service. (especially in animal shelters, RSPCA)

Elderly people, Children with disabilities  , Pets, Wildlife is affected every year. This year the use of fireworks without a good reason is an unprecedented. Early in the morning, on the day time and even ,late in the evening, the noise of fireworks was present in our communities and no one was able to do something.  Council's and Police forces cannot do enough to STOPS THEM. The LAW MUST BE CHANGED. PLEASE HELP THOSE WHO ARE IN DIFFICULTIES, WHO SUFFERED FROM THIS REASON ( NOISY FIREWORKS USE FOR A GOOD REASON)AND SIGN THE PETITION FOR BAN THEM. ONLY SILENT DISPLAYS AND ONLY WITH A GOOD REASON.
