The teachers, administration, and staff at Wilson K-8 are the heart and soul of our community. As a group of passionate and supportive parents, we recognize that the unique environment at Wilson K-8 is a direct result of the incredible individuals who dedicate themselves to our children's education every day. It is disheartening to consider the possibility of losing some of our beloved teachers and staff members due to short-term contracts or post-retirement returns to the classroom due to the consolidation of schools. Wilson K-8 holds a level of educational excellence due to the dedication of these educators. With the potential changes that come from integrating students and staff from Copper Creek, it is crucial that we demonstrate to the district the importance of retaining our current team while adding others. We must ensure our experienced teachers, including short-term contract educators and retirees who have returned, are supported to remain at Wilson K-8. Their contributions are invaluable and their presence is key to continuing the school's tradition of academic success and large community spirit.  Please join us in this important cause to protect and preserve our current teachers that make Wilson K-8 so special.
