We are residents of Newlands, Randburg, South Africa. Our peaceful neighborhood has been disrupted by the presence of an illegal shebeen run by unauthorized individuals from Cameroon who have hijacked the property next to us. This establishment not only sells alcohol but also exploits underage girls through room service offerings. During the day they do car repairs in the street, blocking half the street, making a two way a one way and making it difficult to use your gate for entrance into your property. Many times parking right in front of your gate. 

The operators of this shebeen show no respect for our community. They play loud music, engage in fights and drink until 2 o'clock in the morning. When we voice our concerns about their disruptive behavior and illicit activities, they claim to be untouchable and continue with their actions unabated. Even Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD) seems unable to control them.

This situation is intolerable and threatens the safety and tranquility of our neighborhood. It's time for authorities to take decisive action against such illegal establishments that exploit vulnerable individuals and disrupt community peace.

We urge relevant authorities including local law enforcement agencies, child protection services, immigration officers among others to intervene immediately. We demand stricter regulations on establishments operating within residential areas as well as a thorough investigation into this particular shebeen's operations.
