A 13-year-old boy named Bachir has endured unimaginable trauma after being raped by fourteen men. This crime has destroyed his childhood and shocked us all. As a community, we must come together to ensure that justice is served for Bachir and that such heinous acts never occur again in Morocco.

This tragedy has highlighted the urgent need for reform in how child protection laws are enforced in our country. Bachir's case is not isolated; there are too many vulnerable children who find themselves unprotected in the face of unimaginable horrors. The Moroccan government must take immediate action to strengthen laws against child abuse and sexual violence, and ensure their strict enforcement.

Statistics show that child sexual abuse is a prevalent issue, not just in Morocco, but around the world. According to UNICEF, around 120 million girls worldwide have experienced forced sexual acts at some point in their lives. This outrageous number underscores the global scale of this issue and the immediate need for protective measures.

Our petition calls for the Moroccan government to implement comprehensive education programs in schools and communities to raise awareness about child sexual abuse. We urge them to establish a task force dedicated to the prevention of such crimes and to offer support to victims and their families.

عانى فتىً يبلغ من العمر ثلاثة عشر عامًا يُدعى بشير من صدمةٍ لا تُصدق بعد اغتصابه من قِبل أربعة عشر رجلًا. لقد دمرت هذه الجريمة طفولته وصدمتنا جميعًا. كمجتمع، يجب أن نتكاتف لضمان تحقيق العدالة لبشير، وضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذه الأعمال الشنيعة في المغرب.

لقد سلّطت هذه المأساة الضوء على الحاجة المُلحة لإصلاح آليات تطبيق قوانين حماية الطفل في بلدنا. قضية بشير ليست حالةً معزولة؛ فهناك الكثير من الأطفال المُستضعفين الذين يجدون أنفسهم بلا حماية في مواجهة أهوالٍ لا تُصدق. يجب على الحكومة المغربية اتخاذ إجراءاتٍ فوريةٍ لتعزيز القوانين المُناهضة لإساءة معاملة الأطفال والعنف الجنسي، وضمان إنفاذها بصرامة.

تُشير الإحصائيات إلى أن الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال مشكلةٌ شائعة، ليس فقط في المغرب، بل في جميع أنحاء العالم. ووفقًا لليونيسف، تعرضت حوالي 120 مليون فتاة حول العالم لأفعالٍ جنسيةٍ قسريةٍ في مرحلةٍ ما من حياتهن. يُؤكد هذا العدد المُروع على النطاق العالمي لهذه القضية والحاجة المُلِحّة إلى تدابير وقائية.

تدعو عريضتنا الحكومة المغربية إلى تطبيق برامج تثقيفية شاملة في المدارس والمجتمعات المحلية لرفع مستوى الوعي بشأن الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال. ونحثّها على إنشاء فريق عمل مُخصّص للوقاية من هذه الجرائم وتقديم الدعم للضحايا وعائلاتهم.

كما نطالب بمعاقبة المسؤولين عن هذه الأفعال بأقصى العقوبات القانونية، وضمان عدم قدرتهم على إيذاء طفل آخر. من خلال تطبيق تدابير وقائية شاملة، يُمكننا العمل على توفير بيئة أكثر أمانًا لجميع الأطفال في المغرب.
