We were working with Security Assurance Management for years and was treated very unfair.  On April 11, 2024, we signed over to USP Security under the impression that nothing would change. However, it has. Many employees are now facing irregular schedules and incorrect pay rates. This is not only unfair but also against the terms we agreed upon.

Employees deserve to work their regular schedules and receive the correct pay rate as previously worked. Consistent work hours and accurate payroll are essential for financial stability and job satisfaction.
