The State of California, where I reside, is no exception and highlights the urgent need for legislative changes to create a balanced legal framework.

We demand that policymakers implement laws that uphold the principle of equality in parenting, eliminating gender biases and giving fathers a fair chance to contribute to their children's upbringing. This includes promoting parental education programs that emphasize the importance of both parents, ensuring transparent legal processes, and supporting fathers with necessary resources to navigate custody battles effectively.
