Cameron Farms and Spring Hill/Thompsons Station Residents,

Donald Emerson, 75, resident of Cameron Farms pled guilty to child sexual exploitation crimes on December 8, 2023 and possessing HUNDREDS of images of prepubescent children engaged in sexual activity on external hard drives, discs and other means.  Donald Emerson is requesting early release on December 13, 2024 after only serving 1 year of his 4 year prison sentence.

By signing this petition, we are urging the Tennessee Department of Corrections to take the following actions:

• Deny any request for early release or parole for Donald Emerson
• Ensure that Donald Emerson serves his entire four-year prison sentence.
• Prioritize the protection of children by demonstrating a strong stance against individuals involved in child sexual exploitation crimes

The crimes Donald Emerson willfully engaged in destroy the lives of the sexually abused children and feeds the sick dark industry of child pornography.  Donald Emerson and other like perpetrators must face the full might of justice to prevent the continuation of such actions. 

It is critical we stand up for what is right. Our children and our community deserve better. It’s a matter of not just justice, but of personal and communal safety as well.
