There have been numerous instances of substandard care reported by patients, threatening the healthcare quality that the community deserves – this cannot continue. According to a recent NHS patient survey, the national average for patient satisfaction is around 85% [NHS England], whereas Ecton Brook Medical Centre markedly falls behind with numerous complaints lodged against it.
