Anna's pending departure from our school has deeply concerned students, parents, and the broader community. Over the year, she has been a pillar of support, an exemplary educator, and an inspiring mentor to many. Her commitment is unimaginable. We can't let the board or the principles fire her/replace her for a Platt position.

Anna’s educational approaches have consistently resulted in improved academic outcomes and increased student engagement. She has pioneered innovative math classes and all the students and parents love her. Her approachability and dedication have also forged strong relationships with parents, enhancing cooperation between home and school.

The importance of people as passionate as teachers like Anna cannot be replaced. Her presence ensures continuity in quality education and emotional support for the kids at CHOICE, which is crucial for their academic and personal growth. If Anna leaves, the school risks losing not just a great teacher but a valuable member of our community.

The reason Anna is leaving is because Platt's principle and the school board is replacing CHOICE's math with all Platt math classes, Anna is willing to get a new specialty in Reading and ELA to get Re-hired as a different position for one of our teachers Josh who is retiring.
