As a student at Gchs who loves Photography, I would really like to see more opportunities for growth in the art. Nature and everything like that would be a wonderful place to take a club trip to just take pictures, maybe contents for the most aestheticly pleasing photos, stuff like that.

The National Endowment for the Arts has stated that students with an arts-rich education have better academic outcomes, higher career goals, and are more civically engaged. Research shows that incorporating more art education in schools leads to wider student engagement and allows for an improved student capacity for empathy and understanding (source: "The Arts and Achievement in At-Risk Youth: Findings from Four Longitudinal Studies" by the National Endowment for the Arts).
