Enhance Northern Kentucky's Siren Systems for Tornado Alerts

The Issue

Get Northern Kentucky to test the 2001 mechanical sirens in a tone called "Fast Attack," and also make sure that they use that tone for tornado warnings. If possible, ask Northern Kentucky Emergency Management to add Modulator/DSA sirens that are capable of playing in alternate wail, as UV is the best controller for that electronic siren model. Also, maybe contact Federal Signal to ask if they can recontinue the MC controllers or make UV tone windups sound exactly the same as an MC controller tone windup. Plus, if we play the alternate wail and fast attack tones here in Kentucky, it's a reminder that it came from something Chicago no longer uses. Instead of encouraging Chicago to bring back its alternate wail/fast attack system, Northern Kentucky can implement theirs and make it a great idea to adopt Chicago's siren system, continuing its existence elsewhere.
