Well you see, "Q" should not be before "R" and it should be after "V" because we feel that "Q" fits in more with the "XYZ" type letters. We believe this because when you think about it the end of the alphabet is for the less used letter and "Q" is used less than "R" and "S" but a little bit more than W,X,Y, and Z.
