Riverside County District 4 residents and animal rescues are deeply concerned about the excessively high kill rate at the CVAC shelter. This issue demands immediate attention and action from Supervisor V. Manuel Perez to work with motivated parties to help implement humane policies and improve the conditions for animals at the shelter.
