On June 4th, I was involved in a vehicle collision which was caused by an unlicensed and uninsured motorist. 

The uninsured motorist has now left the driver of the vehicle I was a passenger in without a vehicle, ready for a long court battle, and placed into emotional distress. And this was completely at fault of the other driver's lack of consideration and selfishness.

The truth is that this incident may have never occurred if law enforcement had stricter enforcement laws, getting unlawful drivers off of the road. Unlicensed drivers are involved in 1 in every 5 crashes nationwide. 

I wish to pursue this petition as far as I can take it, and I hope everyone that comes across this post is able to see the severity of the situation. Everyone should have the right be able to get home safely.
