I, a student from General Trias, Cavite, Philippines, is deeply concerned about the issue of e-bike users. Everyone can use e-bikes even without a driver's license and has no knowledge about basic rules in roads. Although it is eco-friendly and convenient to use, many people finds it annoying since it became a cause of traffic and occupies space in public roads and highways. 

According to the Land Transportation Office (LTO), e-bike drivers must have a valid driver's license and get their vehicle registered. In addition, the use of e-bikes on national roads are strictly prohibited. This implies that e-bike users must also follow traffic rules and have their vehicle registered just like those normal drivers of cars and motorcycles.

We are imploring this to road administrators to take action to address this issue towards the usage of e-bikes. This contains the limitation of e-bikes and allow it only in their respective places, creating infrastructures such as bike lanes in order to avoid traffic, and educate them about proper road etiquettes and safety.

Signing this petition could have a significant impact on the issue. Also, your voice will be heard by anyone and people like you who care about the same thing as you do.
