The Issue

My son was wrongfully convicted and coerced into a false guilty plea by way of an Alford plea. Lets be clear there was no probable cause for the arrest. The indictment against him was amended illegally without full disclosure of its purpose nor evidence to support. This manipulation of the law is an issue that must be addressed. The state/government,law enforcement and council need to be held accountable for violations resulting from fraudulent concealment of evidence that proves innocence, as well as schemes to defraud, police and prosecutorial misconduct, corruption, conflicts of interest,  conspiracy ,abuse of power and color of law . Furthermore, there is an urgent need to reform how grand juries are conducted to protect the rights of individuals and prevent undue influence and prejudices. Grand juries are a  violation of your 6th amendment right . Often fraud on the court with hearsay testimonies and false presentation of evidence picked by prosecutor to support there theory of incident. While neglecting to prove elements to the crime alleged  to even file  the charge/complaint

In Nevada, the rules for amending an indictment are clearly outlined in Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) § 173.095. However, the enforcement of these rules appears inconsistent, particularly when the misuse of the Alford plea becomes a tool for entrapment and manipulation. The Alford plea, which allows a defendant to plead guilty while simultaneously asserting innocence, is intended to provide a flexible resolution to legal conflicts. Yet, its application often inadvertently abuses the rights of defendants, allowing for legalized coercion where innocent individuals feel compelled to accept guilt to avoid harsher penalties. The fraudulent concealment in the manipulation of Alford plea is erroneously misrepresented to put on paper you agree to take guilty plea instead of what it's intention was for.

The purpose of this petition is to urge Nevada lawmakers and the judicial system to omit or remove the Alford plea from legal practice due to its inherent conflict with justice and ethical law enforcement. It's essential for the legal system to ensure transparency and to protect the rights of the accused. Reform is necessary to restore faith in the judicial process and to guarantee that justice is served fairly.

Evidence shows that the misuse of the Alford plea does not just affect my family; it is a widespread issue impacting countless others who are faced with similar legal battles. Misconduct and the improper amendment of indictments without proper disclosure damage the integrity of our justice system.

Join me in demanding accountability and reform to protect individuals from exploitation within the legal system. Sign this petition to advocate for transparency, justice, and the removal of practices that compromise the integrity of our judicial process in Nevada. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that no one else suffers from this misapplication of justice.
