A petition of restriction enforcement - April 29, 2024

Laureles Country Estates – in reference to DECLARATIONS OF COVENANTS, CONDTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR PHASE 3 LOTS 

We are homeowners in Los Fresno’s, TX, who have dutifully followed the restrictions laid out by SR Campbell Properties LLC. These restrictions were clearly outlined in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions signed by the Cameron County Clerk and notarized on June 30th, 2021. Our adherence to these rules is not arbitrary; it is a commitment to protect the value and desirability of our community and surrounding homes.

However, we have observed that some future landowners are failing to uphold these restrictions. This non-compliance threatens our community's integrity and could potentially devalue our properties. It is crucial that any new developments and remaining undeveloped lots adhere strictly to these established guidelines.

We believe that enforcement of these restrictions should be mandatory for all future landowners within this community. This will ensure uniformity in development standards across all properties/lots under SR Campbell Properties LLC while preserving the aesthetic appeal and property values within our community.

We are calling for the immediate removal of the mobile trailer home that was placed on April 17, 2024, lot 19 at 33410 Balandre St. Los Fresnos TX 78566. 

Said homeowners were notified of being out of compliance and refusing to follow restrictions within attached restrictions and covenants. 

We urge appropriate authorities to take immediate action on this matter. By signing this petition, you are supporting us in maintaining compliance with property development regulations set forth by SR Campbell Properties LLC for all current and future landowners in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
