We have been providing essential health services to your patients since 2011 and are now applying for the Integrated Community Health Services Centre status. The Ministry has instructed us to solicit support from referring physicians like you to endorse our application. 

On September 25, 2023, the Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act (ICHSCA) was enacted. This act provides a funding and licensing mechanism for community surgical and diagnostic centres to support the provision of OHIP-insured diagnostic services, surgeries, and procedures. These services have been provided in the past 30 years under the umbrella of Independent Health Facilities Act (IHFA). ICHSCA is expanding it to endoscopy centres to establish funding for better integration into Ontario's health care system.
