Weather modification programs use substances such as silver iodide, graphene oxide, aluminum, barium, strontium, and sulfur dioxide in an attempt to manipulate our climate for a desired result with over 100 patents! HAARP facilities like the one on Long Island, NY and throughout the world, use powerful radio frequencies to heat our ionosphere, while also interacting with these aerosols.  Our planet and our personal health may very well be effected ranging from respiratory illness, soil degradation, and harm to our ozone layer.  We must implement governance over these technologies and experiments for the protection of our land and all inhabitants.

This petition is for the purpose of governing weather modification programs being done in New York State.  These programs have been implemented for decades, and we are now seeing the drastic side effects from these experiments.  We call for transparency and truth about what is going on in our skies, and the negative side effects that are possible.  

Other states have recently introduced legislation (New Hampshire HB 1700 and Illinois SB 134) to govern weather modification programs, and the use of electromagnetic frequencies.  It is our duty to protect not only ourselves, but our environment.  Adding pollution into our atmosphere in an attempt to mitigate climate fluctuations will only add to the problem.  We must implement wholistic solutions curbing our personal consumption habits, as well as utilizing technologies for our benefit.  Let's have New York be the first state to not only introduce legislation, but to pass it as well!
