We cannot let this continue. This inhumane practice requires immediate, unified intervention to protect millions of at-risk lives and hold perpetrators accountable under international law.

• Secure immediate and safe food access for all civilians in conflict zones.
• Enforce robust accountability measures for those who use starvation as a weapon of war.
• Push for enduring policy changes that prioritise food security.
