This petition arises from a personal place of concern and frustration. As an ardent supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs, I have observed with increasing dissatisfaction the biased comments from Troy Aikman and Joe Buck during our games. That sense of bias is rooted in envy for the stellar talent and success of Patrick Mahomes.

In a telling remark, Aikman once opined, "Talk to me when he (Mahomes) has 33% of my Super Bowl Titles". This was before Mahomes had even won his first title, and it revealed a glaring bias that is unacceptable. The Kansas City Chiefs, since Mahomes started in 2018, have been the third most penalized team, while 31 other NFL teams attract little attention with their penalties, perhaps because they aren't as successful as the Chiefs.

The selective enforcement and the biased reporting are not conducive to the spirit of the game and the principles of fair competition. The prejudice shown against the Chiefs is unjust and can no longer be brushed off as a trivial matter. Indeed, it's away from being just about football and more about equality, fair play, and respect.

It's time we took a stand to end Troy Aikman and Joe Buck's commentary on Kansas City Chiefs games. Their palpable bias serves neither the teams, the fans, nor the ethos of the sport.
