The Issue

Imagine living in a world where your voice is taken from you, where your story is questioned, and where the pain you carry is invisible to others. This is the reality for countless survivors of narcissistic abuse. It is not only an individual struggle but a generational one. Without intervention, the cycle continues, and families carry the weight for decades.

N.A.R.C. Angel, Inc. was created to change that reality. We are a survivor-led nonprofit (in formation, but the mission could not wait), committed to restoring voices, building awareness, and creating safe spaces for healing. Through donation-based support meetings, survivors find community. Through petitions and advocacy, their experiences are brought into the public conversation. Through education, cycles of harm are broken, and new stories of resilience begin.

This is not only about survivors. It is about all of us. When one voice is silenced, our communities lose. When one cycle of harm is broken, generations can heal.

Add your NAME! Stand with survivors. Help us turn silence into strength, pain into purpose, and isolation into community. The time to act is now. Together we can break the cycle. Silence ends here. Healing begins now. Learn more at narcangel.org.

Why it matters:

Narcissistic abuse is pervasive yet often invisible. Millions of people suffer in silence, enduring long-term emotional, psychological, financial, and physical harm. Survivors frequently face disbelief, social isolation, and invalidation, which exacerbate trauma and prevent recovery. This is not just a personal tragedy. It is a public health crisis. We are calling on the Department of Health, locally and nationally, to recognize the severity of this issue and provide guidance, education, and resources for survivors.

Public Health Impact
Survivors often experience chronic stress, anxiety, depression, memory issues, sleep disturbances, and gastrointestinal problems. This ongoing stress bears down on the body, affecting the heart and weakening the immune system, leading to long-term physical and mental health consequences. Survivors frequently require extensive therapy and medical care, yet systemic awareness and professional training are limited, leaving many without appropriate support or intervention.

Economic Toll
The toll of narcissistic abuse is both personal and public. It contributes to unemployment, lost productivity, repeated use of emergency and healthcare services, and homelessness. The price of inaction is staggering, not only in taxpayer dollars spent on public services but also in lives disrupted or lost. Millions are funneled into crisis management that could be prevented through education, early intervention, and survivor-centered support networks.

Building momentum

While this movement started in Florida, it is rapidly gaining momentum across the nation and envisions reaching communities globally. Together, we can ignite change that protects survivors everywhere and brings this invisible epidemic into the light.

We call on leaders and institutions to:

  • Recognize narcissistic abuse as a serious public health crisis.
  • Provide education, training, and resources for healthcare providers, therapists, and social service professionals.
  • Create accessible support networks for survivors to prevent further harm and isolation.
  • Raise public awareness so survivors are believed, supported, and protected.
