For over 70 days, Parachinar—a predominantly Shia region in Pakistan—has been besieged, leading to an unprecedented humanitarian crisis. Food, fuel, and essential medical supplies are almost non-existent. Children and patients requiring urgent care are dying due to road blockades, while the local educational system is collapsing. The Thal-Parachinar road, the only lifeline to the outside world, remains under constant threat from terrorist attacks.

A recent convoy under state protection was brutally attacked, resulting in hundreds of deaths. Yet, the silence of the media and international community persists. We demand justice, security, and human dignity for the people of Parachinar.
