The San Lorenzo Village Homes Association is outdated and out of touch with its paying membership. Their continued enforcement of restrictive rules are suppressing our home values by holding onto old styles and limiting fresh new ideas and diverse viewpoints. The latest flyer published by the HOA, and paid for by its members, states that we are too dumb to decide what is best for the very homes that we live in and pay for. The HOA prides itself on harking to the past, highlighting irrelevant styles, a derelict movie theater and ridiculous requirements. It's time to move on and be open to new realities in modern times. By signing this petition, you voice your support to dissolve or restructure the HOA to better serve it's residents. The old dictatorship style of yesteryear must yield its power back to the homeowners where it belongs.
