End the Intimidation of Jewish and Pro-Democracy Students on British Campuses
The Issue
Universities Must Be Places of Learning—Not Havens for Mob Intimidation
We, the undersigned, demand urgent action to end the harassment, intimidation, and silencing of Jewish and pro-democracy students in British universities.
The disgraceful events at King’s College London—where Jewish students and an Iranian dissident, Faezeh Alavi, were bullied, harassed, and physically intimidated by a mob—are not isolated incidents. They are part of a wider campaign of fear and radicalisation sweeping across UK campuses, leaving Jewish students, Iranian dissidents, and all free-thinking individuals at risk of violence, exclusion, and persecution.
We demand immediate action to protect students, restore academic integrity, and hold perpetrators accountable.
Why This Matters:
Jewish and pro-democracy students in British universities are facing an alarming rise in violent intimidation, harassment, and exclusion. Groups like Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and Students for Justice (S4J), backed by radical elements and external actors, have turned university campuses into hotbeds of extremism, where threats of violence go unpunished and the fundamental right to free expression is trampled upon.
At King’s College London, a forum designed for peaceful dialogue was shut down by an aggressive mob. Jewish students were singled out, threatened, and shouted down. Iranian dissident Faezeh Alavi, a Muslim woman who wears the hijab, was harassed for daring to speak out against the repressive Iranian regime. This was not protest. This was a calculated act of mob violence intended to instil fear and silence dissent.
And what did King’s College London do? Nothing.
Enough is enough. Universities have a legal and moral duty to protect students from harassment and to ensure that violent intimidation is met with consequences—not rewarded with silence.
Our Demands:
📌 Mandatory Prosecution of Campus Perpetrators – Intimidation, threats, and harassment must not be tolerated. These are criminal offences, and universities must be legally required to report such incidents to the police. The law must guarantee prosecution, ensuring that no student is left to fend for themselves against violent mobs.
📌 A Parliamentary Inquiry into Campus Radicalisation – We call on MPs to launch a formal call for evidence into the infiltration of British universities by extremist networks. The public deserves full transparency on:
- Who is funding radical student organisations?
- How are they influencing academic institutions?
What must be done to root them out and restore safety on campus?
📌 A Full Investigation into SJP, S4J, and Their Funders – These groups have openly spread antisemitic hatred, justified violence, and terrorised Jewish students. We demand an independent investigation into their funding sources, activities, and any external support they receive.
📌 A Formal Review of King’s College London’s Security Failures – We demand that King’s College publicly address the failures that led to the violent mob attack on students and outline the concrete steps they will take to prevent future incidents. This includes:
Holding accountable those who enabled the mob.
Enforcing strict security measures to protect all students from harassment.
Committing to a zero-tolerance policy on campus intimidation.

This is not just about one event. This is about the future of our universities, the safety of our students, and the integrity of our democracy.
If Jewish students, Iranian dissidents, and free thinkers can be harassed with impunity, what does that say about the state of British academia? If violent mobs can shut down dialogue while universities turn a blind eye, what happens next?
