The Issue
Richard Mellon Scaife's Pittsburgh Tribune Review article below (about my kites/aircraft) was published 6 years 6 months 6 days before 911, 2001, 3/5/1995 also coinciding with the 21st anniversary of Dick's brother-in-law D.A. Robert W Duggan's "suicide" near 314 Penguin Court (a Scaife estate).
Dick Scaife's (Richard Mellon Scaife) father, Alan Magee Scaife, served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the University of Pittsburgh from 1949 to 1958.
The moniker PITT represents (to the big boys) the two symbols used for 3.14 (side by side, as per buildings 1 and 2 of the WTC).
The setting for the interview was Building 7 (at Foster Plaza Greentree 15220, spelled as per Vince Foster).
The community help number 211 was instituted on the 7th anniversary of Vince Foster's "suicide" on 20 July 1993, per 20 July 2000.

In February 2011, my wife fell victim to a grave injustice that still haunts me today. From February to September 2011, she was said to be in a state of brain death. But this was not true brain death; it was a simulation created through the mechanism of mechanical hyperventilation, an insidious practice that leads to cerebral hypoxia. This mindless protocol rendered her motionless, misdiagnosed as 'ventilator dependent' which was mistakenly used as evidence of brain stem death. This falsehood led to the premature harvesting of her organs and an overwhelming dosage of morphine that ultimately took her life. On 2/6/2020 I drove Dr Bing liu from his home in the North Hills to the University of Pittsburgh, where he worked.
All during the trip, I explained to the Covid Researcher how mechanical ventilators are used to medically kidnap and kill Covid-19 patients.
You will never hear what his Covid-19 breakthrough was, because the breakthrough was what I told Dr Bing Liu on that day.
Then 86 days later Dr Bing liu was killed by the Intelligence Community (the same people who have repeatedly tried to kill me, on the streets or in the hospital).
Until Americans understand what I told Dr Bing Liu (and later on, Thomas Crooks), waking up will remain impossible.
So what am I telling you that no one else tells you about "brain death".
Well first of all "brain death" is nothing but a forced mechanical hyperventilation-induced fainting spell which is carefully controlled by a criminal anesthesiologist, so that no brain damage occurs to your healthy brain (while the highest bidder for your organ$ is awaited).
Secondly, your lungs are "blown out" with the mechanical ventilator, only after your organ$ are cut out of your silently-screaming body.
The only way you can survive this medical atrocity is to have a family member obtain your COMPLETE MEDICAL RECORDS EACH AND EVERY DAY (UNTIL YOU ARE SAFE AT HOME), the very second it is mentioned that you will be put on a mechanical ventilator.
You can not trust a state-appointed legal guardian to do this for you, as they are in on your organ$ harvesting.
The whole purpose of the 1996 enactment of HIPAA was to seal (and then destroy) the records of all patients slated for organ$ harvesting.

Answer...Yes, forced mechanical hyperventilation can cause cerebral hypoxia. Blowing off too much carbon dioxide leads to low levels of PaCO₂ (hypocapnia), which causes sharp narrowing of the blood vessels in the brain. This severe restriction in blood flow can deprive brain tissue of the oxygen it needs.
Mr AI, can cerebral hypoxia simulate brain death?
