The Issue

  • In 2023, those previously incarcerated are citizens who endure taxation without representation.
  • Over 20 million previously incarcerated citizens object to the imposition of taxes on citizens by a government that give them no role in its policies.
  • Restitution, Probation, and or Parole Shall Not be used to deny a previously incarcerated citizen from participating in the rights and privileges of an American Citizen to vote within the United States, or any subject to their jurisdiction.
  • All states shall have the same policy restoring previously incarcerated citizens right to vote immediately from being released from the custody of all City, State, and or Federal Correctional Facility.
  • Congress shall create and pass legislation sending measures to President Biden for his signature to guarantee every citizen his/her right to vote immediately.
