PETITION TO END QUALIFIED IMMUNITY FOR ALL POLICE OFFICERS AND PUBLIC SERVANTS.

As a Republican, I understand the importance of individual rights and the need for accountability in government. This is something all sides should want to advocate. That's why I'm  advocating for the end of qualified immunity for police officers and public servants.

Qualified immunity has long shielded government officials from being held accountable for violating citizens' constitutional rights. It has allowed police officers to use excessive force with little consequence and has made it difficult for victims to seek justice.

By ending qualified immunity, we can restore trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve. We can hold public servants accountable for their actions and prevent future instances of misconduct. This is not about being anti-police, but rather pro-justice.
