This all started as a 6th grade project. We had to do a presentation on something we were passionate about ending/changing, and I chose puppy mills. It was a heartbreaking presentation, and after me and a few friends decided to start something. If you’ve never heard of a puppy mill, it’s when someone illegally stores dogs in unbearable conditions, and forces them to breed for profits. They usually contract diseases while being in said puppy mills, and once they reach the point where they can no longer breed, the owner usually kills them by drowning, shooting, breaking their necks, and many other inhuman ways. So think about it for a second, if you wouldn’t want this to happen to a family member, why would you let it happen to a dog?
