Poverty in Somalia is a devastating issue, and I see the impact it has on countless families. Around 67% of the population struggles to meet even the most basic needs, and many live below the poverty line. Without access to quality education, people are unable to secure stable jobs, making it nearly impossible to provide for their families.
Food insecurity is widespread, and starvation leads to serious health complications—yet medical care remains out of reach for those trapped in poverty. This cycle is relentless, passed down from generation to generation, making it harder for people to escape.
I want to make a difference. I refuse to accept that this suffering must continue. I believe that through education, economic development, and humanitarian aid, we can create lasting change. I want to support initiatives that provide opportunities for families, improve access to healthcare, and break the cycle of poverty for future generations.
This issue is urgent, and I am determined to be part of the solution. Every effort, no matter how small, can help create a better future for Somalia and the people who are fighting to survive. It’s time to take action
